Kehr is a native of western Massachusetts. She was raised in Stockbridge and attended the Berkshire Hills Regional School District where she was a distinguished athlete. Kehr went on to study at the Massachusetts College of Art and Design, with a focus on fine arts and graphic design. Following her time in Boston, Kehr returned to the Berkshire Hills to raise her two children, both of whom have excelled in the nurturing atmosphere inherent to Montessori education. Kehr has fifteen+ years experience in small business and restaurant management, and prior to coming to MSB was the Director of Operations at the former Helsinki Tea Company in Great Barrington, Massachusetts. She is an avid trail runner and can be found atop the Berkshire Hills most weekends.
