Admissions FAQs

Due to the high interest in our program, tours are held by appointment. Because it is the end of the school year, our tour schedule is a bit unpredictable. In order to find a time that works for you and also offers an informative visit, we ask that you call 413-637-3662 to schedule. We are also happy to answer general questions on the phone or by email.

Both parents (if applicable and possible). The initial tour is for adults only; your child will have an opportunity to visit the classroom and the teacher at a later date.

In cases of high enrollment, children will be admitted to a waiting pool, and families will be notified when space becomes available.

Parents are encouraged to apply as early as possible. Our admissions timeline for the upcoming school year is:

• February 15: Priority application deadline for the upcoming school year
• February 15-29: Regular admissions period for the upcoming school year
• March 1 on: Rolling admissions until all spaces for the upcoming school year are filled.

Many factors are considered in classroom placement—a child’s needs, the existing classroom population, fit between guides and children—therefore we do not typically accommodate requests for specific classrooms or teachers.

Yes, there is a 5% tuition discount for the second child.
