Sarah Hafey brings a deep commitment to education, community engagement, and institutional advancement to her role on the Board of Trustees. With a background in private school admissions and new media marketing, she has fostered inclusive environments and championed meaningful connections between students, families, and institutions.

As a former boarding school student, Sarah understands the transformative power of small-classroom education. She has worked in admission roles, marketing and communications, and student life at several independent schools, where she has led initiatives to expand access, strengthen community partnerships, and support student-centered programming.

Sarah holds a degree in Health Sciences from Furman University and an advanced degree in Communications and New Media Marketing, and is an active volunteer and advocate for her local community in Watertown, CT. She is honored to serve on the Board and support the long-term mission and strategic vision of The Montessori School of the Berkshires.
